招聘岗位：
Information Solution Internship
Primary Objective:
It is an internship program for Mercer IS department, starting from order entry and client service of post-sales, rotation in several roles, given multiple opportunities to develop yourselves in professional skills.
You Can Learn:
1.Business sense of consulting firm.
2.Complete picture of C&B in human resource.
3.Understanding of Mercer methodology in C&B consulting.
4.Soft skills in business operations/professional communication.
Candidate’s Requirements:
1.Attention to details and able to deal with large quantity of data.
2.Conscientious of time and quality.
3.Effective communication and team work.
4.Skills on time management and multi-task processing.
5.Highly self-motivated and able to work independently.
6.Good phone call etiquette.
7.Excellent English skills(speaking, reading and writing).
8.Skilled user of Microsoft Excel and other office series.
9.Able to commit at least 3 days per week for 3+ months.
